  3. Agree the commercial details

    You receive a written proposal: what is offered, at what price, on which delivery terms and with which responsibilities.

  4. Coordinate order and delivery

    Once you approve, we coordinate the order with the supplier and service providers and keep you informed until delivery.

    Quoted for the agreed specification, quantity and delivery terms, with its validity period.

    Production, readiness and shipping dates as provided by the supplier and service providers.

    Who arranges and pays for transport, insurance, customs and documents, usually set by the agreed Incoterms® rule.
